There really is not enough information to make a accurate prediction. If the cohort is strong I guess you could do well but would still depend on exactly how "low" your rank is.

So in my class there is about 18 people if I get the lowest rank with a high sac score would a 30ss be in my range

It is possible but you would need all 18 people in your cohort to be scoring an exam grade that is in the 30+ study score region. If that is not possible you would need to compensate for your sac mark by getting an exam score that is equivalent to roughly a 40+ score in order to get that 30s study score.

Few, but why does my school out so much pressure/stress on Us saying that to achieve a 30 ss you need like all A’s it sounds so fake....

With b’s you can get a decent ss my school  makes it sound so hard for a 30ss
