Aw, don't worry about it too much! Was it multiple choice or short answer? We tend to be a bit complacent when sitting practice exams and thus we make stupid mistakes (especially in MCs), but in the real exam, quite often you'll double check everything and take longer to go through responses (at least that's true for me, anyway.) So in summary, it's not necessarily an indication of how you'll go on the exam :)

haha thanks, but it was only short answer.
i got all multichoice right for the first time:)
i lost 3 marks because i didn't know that if the participants volunteer, it makes a bias sample and hence cannot be generalised.
and then 3 other marks on a learning question, that i misinterpreted.

and yeah i think i may have thought it over more carefully in the real exam as i did this one in under an hour without double checking >_>

goodluck to you too.

C'mon guys, psych yourselves up (pun definitely intended)

Today, I would suggest that you don't do any more trial exams. Just have a light read of the textbook and just chillax for a bit.

i think i'm ready, i've been pretty restless in waiting for tomorrow to come as ill get psych, accounting and lit done in one day

i'm just gonna read over all my notes. no prac exams for me today incase i get a crap mark in them and that'd destroy my confidence i guess
good luck to every one :)

That's actually very good advice. Perhaps go through some individual multiple choice and SA questions (just to sorta get the structure altogether), and read through the notes you've made, but I think sitting a trial exam at this stage is a bad idea. You don't want to lose confidence at this stage. And you're not going to learn a great deal from sitting trials the day before the exam IMO.

^ hpak, this is true as i've lost confidence due to my poor previous grade i did today.

but in retrospect, i am glad i did as i found out two things that i wasn't aware of previously, including the one i said above and that in a situation there can be both features of classical conditioning and operant conditioning (Q9 2008), so i must be extra cautious if they do that this year!

...4 marks isn't a huge deal. What are you aiming for?
