For example, to get a 25 in PE, you'd need to get ~45% on your exam. Keep in mind that these are just estimates, but they can still be pretty helpful

Just super roughly (and to be on the safe side), I'm going to say you'll probably need to maintain anywhere between a 50-55ish average on all SACs and you'll want to achieve around 35-50% on all those exams. Take this with a grain of salt as this is just a really rough calculation.

I'm not sure of the strength of your cohort, so I cannot tell you what ranking you'll need but just to be safe I'd aim to be maybe around the bottom of the middle of the cohort if that makes sense?\

For a 25 study score you would want to be aiming around the 50% range. But if I were you I would just go for a study score of 30 instead.
