How difficult did everyone find this years exam? Was it easier than 2008? Or did the inclusion of a couple tricky/ambigous questions make it harder than 2007?

Overall it was easier than 2008.. the MC got me thinking (especially the last few) and the analysis was piss easy..

Easier than 2006 would imply its easier than all since 2006 was easiest........

It was too hard. I don't think I got any MC right. definitely hardest exam ever made. Even harder than spesh exams.

True. However, my spec teacher is on the committee that writes the methods exam and after we'd finished, she confirmed that their intention was to make it harder than 2008.

Haha yeah. Which is my point. Personally I thought it was significantly harder than 08 and 06, closer to 07 standard.

I think it was harder than 06, but not as hard as 07.  Slightly below 08 I guess.

well i didnt do any except vcaa 08 MC + 2 extended response questions so i reckon its the hardest

I thought any teachers who were teaching could not be on the board as that is part of the criteria. Two of my teachers used to be on the board but they stopped because they were teaching this year. It's only fair because IF your teacher leaked it to you spesh students who did do methods well then that's a discrepency...just a thought

But in response, I thought this exam was very fair - written was easy and the MC needed a lot of thinking in a few questions.
