the exam was not hard,
but if you were like me and made a few silly mistakes(and im sure there will be alot of people throughout the state), which was very possible on this exam than i do not see the A+ cutoff being very different to 08.
Okay to clear up for people. The fukn cutoff doesn't depend on how hard it is only, it also depends on how tricky it is(i.e how easily its able to catch people off guard and make them do silly mistakes). So saying it was easy but you made silly mistakes or it was tricky is just contradicting yourself. The fact that you got tricked or made mistakes, shows you didnt find it easy.
All the damn 2009 exams are bloody tricky.
To further stipulate, the question 3 c)ii was mainly an interpretation question ,it wasnt hard but it wud have made a lot of ppl lose marks due to the ambiguity of it.
No, stupid mistakes such as putting .8 instead of .08 for max and min etc. im not trying to say that it was extremely easy, but i don't think it was hard.. there were a few questions, such as the modulus etc that were up there, but overall it really wasnt a very challenging exam. however, like i said, it still did have questions that would have tricked a large percentage of the state, and hence why im saying that i dont think the cutoff will vary too much.
and by making a few mistakes im talking 70+, not 50s.
