these were my answers, checked with my teacher and only 2-3 wrong hopefully
1.D, 2A, 3D, 4A, 5C (this one is wrong), 6C, 7C, 8A, 9A, 10D, 11B (this one is wrong), 12B, 13D, 14C, 15A, 16D, 17B, 18B, 19A, 20B

roughyl got 17-18 for this.. so pretty accurate these ones.. 8 i got C... 11. i got D. 5  i got C.. wat question was this?

its a task of zero duration. so technically it is a task. and i put C as well

question 5 was about the wiki and what design tool you would use, c was the structure chart but talking to my teacher afterward i think he was right in saying that it was b a storyboard...who knows...when i first read it i couldn't remember what a wiki was and i should remember what a wiki is as last year i got my school's i.p. address banned from editting pages on wikipedia for a year and then once the ban was up i got the school banned again this year lol

Here's the definition of lag time and lead from Mark Kelly's website:

Lag is the the minimum amount of time that must pass between the finish of one activity and the start of its successor(s). For example, if task A is painting a wall, and dependent task B is putting up a picture on the wall, there would need to be some lag time between the end of task A and the start of task B to let the paint dry.

Lead time occurs when a task should theoretically wait for its predecessor to finish, but can actually start a little early. The time that the tasks overlap is lead time.


So wouldn't the answer be A. But according to the text book, it will be B.

but in our exam, it said it MUST wait 10 days If I remeber correctly. Thus that would be 10 days slack for X, aka A I think.
