^ Hi there

I too am doing domestic policy but am focusing on refugees

You are perfectly fine with it, because remember a policy IS ALL THAT YOU MENTIONED. The gov's MIGRATION/REFUGEE etc policy all involves detention, TPVS' etc.

I would be more worried that they don't give a GENERIC topic/breathing space to choose your own, like has happened in 1 or 2 past exams.  Because I have only studied ONE domestic, and ONE foreign.

Doesn't really matter, wont be my top 4 :P haha

well in foreign policy you need to know about more than one policy, and i've decided against it anyway because it really isn't one concrete policy, and I've realised I actually know a lot about the ETS:P

hmm, forieng policy as in the essay part?

because for essay section 1= I am doing the challenge of power/ change etc, so I have studied ONE field how there could be possible change

section 2= question 1= deals with a generic DOMESTIC essay issue (usually)
question 2= deals with foreign policy with USA, Asia etc <<<<is this what u are talking about

so yeha, if thats what ur talking about, ur correct, the foreign policy one tends to need you to know several areas, which is why i wanna do the domestic :P
