Monsterous Amount of Stress

hey guys, i am ridiculously stressed before my bm exam, not because i havnt studied as i have done a bit of studying but due to the fact that i actually want to achieve something for the first time.
i am usually pretty relaxed when it comes to school work + exams, if it comes it comes, if it goes it goes. but for some reason, for the first time i want to not lose a mark but my level of stress is ridiculous.

any relaxing methods or ways to reduce this stress.?

I don't have any specific methods but if you drink caffeine (energy drinks, coffee), then don't. Caffeine will make you more anxious if you're already in the state you're in.

Just treat it as any other exam which you don't care about and because you've studied for it, the answers will just come naturally.

Good luck mate, tell us how you went :).

well i walked in confident which wasnt  a good thing, i did the 6 mark question [ relatively long question if its 6marks ] first , i got cocky and took my sweet ass time which was 15mins on it. then i looked at the time, said OMG and rushed it . looked at the time again at 4:30. 45minutes left. 5qs so i paced myself even quicker, ended up with messy hand writing and a blister. i believe i lost anywhere between 4-6 marks, but it can be more, my handwriting was :S .

i think everyone rushed it at some point, no way you can finish that bm exam at a steady pace while thinking.

I think im gonna get under 95 now. Unless I get 35 for English, but I went into the exam without having read 2 books which were  minimum to know off by heart so I dont think a 35 is possible.
Fukn suuks.
Can sum1 transfer me 2 of their enter score if they dont need it (i.e my ~93 + 2 to go past 95)
