My school had 19 people get over 99 this year, which was like 8.5%. Pretty impressive for a non-selective school.

I looked on presbyterian ladies' college annual report, and apparently 21% got over 99. o.O

12%.  A lot of the elite private schools do annoyingly well like that (Scotch got 13%...).  :p
