EDIT: My bad, you didn't reply. I guess I really don't need your permission to post it then. One second whilst I upload it :)

I don't understand this? Immature really, and the intention to violate your own code of conduct?

Which part does it violate again?

7) A person must not post private correspondence (PMs, emails, etc.) or transcripts of private conversations unless all parties identified in the correspondence consent to the posting of the private correspondence.

Hm, I apologise for the poor wording of that rule.

It does not make sense that it should be illegal for anybody to publicise the messages that they wrote to somebody else which garnered no reply. Your trust was not engaged in the correspondence, and so I'm not exactly betraying any private opinions which you shared with me. That rule is supposed to target those who publish private messages sent *to* them.

Technically, if you sent the pm and got no reply, there wasn't really much of a 'correspondence', it was more like a 'notice'. I see no need to apologize nor reword the clause.

And on a different note, blatant advertisement is blatant.

http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/correspondence
correspondence:
1. Friendly discussion.
2. Reciprocal exchange of civilities
3. An agreement of situations or objects with an expected outcome.

The rule is fine.

my law lecturers would be proud :[

Does this all really need to be public? The premise of a VCE meet-up is good and it would be a shame for people to be turned off if they see pages of arguing or debate.

All I suggested was that enwiabe has discouraged good ideas before. I've stuck to these contentions, but the VCENotes administration has either misintepreted me (because the message was removed by enwiabe), or they've attached their own dogmatic judgements about me to what I've actually said (especially Mao, who has always attached some "your viewpoint of the world is too rigid and unrealistic for this soft emotional world" -- but is always a misunderstanding of my position and/or a straw-man argument).
