Hm, I apologise for the poor wording of that rule.
It does not make sense that it should be illegal for anybody to publicise the messages that they wrote to somebody else which garnered no reply. Your trust was not engaged in the correspondence, and so I'm not exactly betraying any private opinions which you shared with me. That rule is supposed to target those who publish private messages sent *to* them.
Technically, if you sent the pm and got no reply, there wasn't really much of a 'correspondence', it was more like a 'notice'. I see no need to apologize nor reword the clause.
And on a different note, blatant advertisement is blatant.
