offers can be seen online?
« on: December 30, 2009, 12:10:56 am »
Hello,

If you've elected to not have your university shown in the newspaper, can you log into VTAC the same day to see if you were accepted or not? Or do you need to just wait for the letter?

That's what I was wondering  :/

There seriously is no logical explanation.

Unless ENTERS are REALLY early so that you can speak to somebody ASAP regarding your future? My careers teacher gave us till the WEEKEND to speak to them, even giving their mobile number (because of the influx and time needed to talk to those who do bad)

Whereas with offers MOST people are already accepted, thus no rush

*stupid logic*

i imagine its the same number as we used when listing prefrences, so yes i think so, unless its more of VTAC and their crapy logic  :-\

Yes, in order to see your offer, you need to know the following information:

1.  Your surname
2.  The initial of your first name
3.  The initial of your middle name (if applicable)
4.  Your postcode
5.  Your course code.

For number 5, if you do not know, do not worry.  You can always google it if you're finding out online or if you're fidning out via the newspaper, you can always check the front of the newspaper supplement - they have a list of course codes sorted out by uni.
