Where can I find an official syllabus of EVERYTHING you need to know for Methods 3/4, besides my textbook? :p
2020 - 2021: Master of Public Health, The University of Sydney
2017 - 2020: Doctor of Medicine, The University of Melbourne
2014 - 2016: Bachelor of Biomedicine, The University of Melbourne
2013 ATAR: 99.95

Currently selling copies of the VCE Chinese Exam Revision Book and UMEP Maths Exam Revision Book, and accepting students for Maths Methods and Specialist Maths Tutoring in 2020!

You could read the Study Design on the VCAA website.
But that may be a bit tedious... :P

who decides what questions go in excess of the syllabus?
i remember my further teacher telling me that a couple of years ago a spesh question got onto the methods exam somehow, and the exam ended up being out of 47 marks or something.

Nah it could be done with Methods, but spesh method is easier.
