I think so, but it would be best to call up Monash and ask. If you don't mind me asking, what course are you doing?

They don't like it, but it is possible to enrol manually on the day, although this will delay the amount of time it'd take to finish with enrolment, so it's probably best to use WES (you'll have to use it for the next few years anyway, so you may as well get used to it now).
