Arts Information session

folks, just wondering if anyone could tell me when the arts info day thing is..  I've lost my forms.
Also, are these information days really worth the massive drive anyway?

i think most of the info days were last week
this week is enrolment
and no, the info day (for me at least) wasnt that helpful
