Maths in 1st year Commerce

Is it hard? I'm presuming there will be maths if there is a Methods prerequisite. I sucked at Methods in VCE, and I also hated it with a passion. Will I die in Commerce? (maybe I should've asked earlier lol).

Yeah should be fine, only some commerce subjects has it though, like microeconomics, macroeconomics, some stuff like business law has no relation to maths.

I hated Methods oh so much.

Lucky it scaled though loooool. I had no idea what exam 2 (or 1, lol) was on about. Lucky it was a relatively easy year or I would've been owned even harder =P

In one methods test our class had 3 people who scored 1/30. Selective school, but the results probably would have been below average anywhere.

as i said, i was only generalising

as for 1/30 in a test, how do u know it wasnt just some random freak test that almost no other school would bother with anyway?

Bullshit. Theres nothing even close to methods level maths required in first year Commerce. Only would be needed if you were doing 2nd and 3rd year sort of maths side of commerce.
