Just wondering if anyone had an example for worlds best practice. I was thinking something along the lines of a <company> who improves their machinary and production equipment in order to produce the best quality product. Although I'm probably way off.

Best practise is defined: a form of bench marking where organisations compare themselves with the best in their industry or operating area.

An example of this worlds best practise is Google who is widely regarded as the best company in the world to work for, and who other businesses strive to be like

Not sure how accurate this is but I've been told Google employees get like weekly staff BBQ's with free beer...

I want that.
