No idea. Doesn't VCAA have a rule stating you can only retain your subject scores for 2 years?

He basically got special permission to have maths classes by himself (since all the classes are scheduled to be together in year 7/8) with a private tutor, and then did Spesh in year 9.  :p

No most I have heard is 3 years (polky got 99.95 doing Chinese in year 10)

I believe VCE scores are valid for somewhere like 6-7 years for ENTER calculation :)
