No. I would think, even in a supremely strong cohort, attaining 50 from last ranking is impossible. I'm not sure how strong an effect your personal GAT results have on the moderation of SAC's, but I think it is safe to assume it is negligible. The only time which I know the GAT to influence things majorly is when a derived examination score is produced.

Unless it's a cohort of 5 and all get high high A+'s(full marks) in the exam(s)...

nope. if you rank last for your sacs, and high A+ for both exams, the highest would probably be in the low-mid 40's. not sure exactly, maybe more.
