Like bio and chem are already kind of half over but if its like english language you've only messed up like semester 1 SACs at worst... you still have semester 2 SACs and the Exam which will lift both of those up

70% on one SAC but like A+ for the rest though right?

Nah but that's the same for one of the girls at my school - got a B+ on one of the SACs and ended up with 50. Same with Bio - heaps of girls don't do so well, getting even Bs and Cs but have scored high 40s. SACs matter, but they're not everything.

I've been told that SACs are just 'padding' for a modest (but not bad) exam performance.

I heard that in English, your ranking is pretty important though. One guy I know definately wrote 10/10 essays for alll three but wasn't ranked one and got 47.

Not to hijack this thread at all just confused and hope I didn't wreck my further study score
I started off this Unit 4 really well with barely losing a mark for the first two SAC'S. Then the past two I have done simply terrible  and have lost some ground in the rankings to be on a B/C+ according to VCAA scoring. The cohort is strong with people owning this Unit just my form has fallen away but am working on getting it back. This subject and the rest are mainly reliant on the exam scores for the SS. Such as further being 66% for the total mark.
Sorry everyone for such a noob post for a first one and I think I am just stressing over nothing.

SACs don't matter SO MUCH, it just depends what your ranking is. Going well in the exams are much more important! When I did further last year my average was 95% in sacs, but since my cohort was crap, they were moderated down to an A Sucks heaps, but I know I went well on the exams. Work and study hard for your exams and you'll get what you deserve
