Hey guys,

Does anybody have a link to whether Melbourne Uni use GPA (7 point scale)?

I've heard that only WAM is shown on your transcript.

Wikipedia says:

85-100 - First Class Honours (H1)
75-84 - Second Class Honours Div A (H2A)
70-74 - Second Class Honours Div B (H2B)
65-69 - Third Class Honours (H3)
50-64 - Pass (P)
< 50 - Fail (N)

Alternatively, you could see this thread for a discussion about GPA at UoM.

Its 80-100% for H1 (7.0)
75-79% for H2A (6.5)

Does anybody have a link to UoM's GPA system?

I was talking to a workshop coordinator and he says the Uni doesn't calculate GPA on a 7 point scale, only WAM.

nahh they do according to their website and ACER.
it says that a GPA 7.0 at UoM is 80%+ Average, 6.5 GPA is 75%~79% average, etc.
