I am stumped on the question 2.8.1
"Don’t ever let somebody tell you you can’t do something, not even me.  Alright?  You got a dream, you gotta protect it.  People can’t do something themselves, they wanna tell you you can’t do it.  If you want something, go get it, period." - Chris Gardner

None of you have bothered to post the paper, can't really help you out if I don't have the question.

it says: a business pays its wages on a monthly basis on the 15th day of each month. On the 15th July 2008 it makes a $1700 payment for wages to cover the period 16 June to 15 July 2008. Record payments in the appropriate ledger accounts.
Balance day was on 30June 2008

not sure if it is right though.

Why has the amounts for the Wages expense and Accrued Wages expense have different amounts if the days are evenly split (15 days till 30th of June and 15 days from the 30th of June to the 15th of July, the same goes for working days 11 days both sides)
