I would of just given up and got the extra sleep, do you know mark you should of just stole answers off him lol he did pretty good in bio
Ah, I didn't stay up the whole night cramming. I gave up at 2am but then lay awake the rest of the night being all jittery.
Darn you, VCAA! *shakes fist*

I *do* know Mark but I'm not ~pals~ with him or anything lol. It'd be so weird and ass hole-ish to demand answers from him. What did he get for bio? Just curious. :o

He's been a friend of mine for ages, him and lyn are the only people i majory know at your school i know some of marks friends like athony and stuff too i guess.

Dont know if i should tell you what he got here, he got above 35 though.

I went to bed at like 1am too... going to be a long night for chem though ive done seriously almost nothing

yeah sadly, blue...in past exams they had graphs of chlorophyll's absorbency and it absorbed at red and blue but twice as strongly at blue.
that's not really included in textbooks though so that's another of those asshole-y questions  :knuppel2:

Compliment of Green is Red, most strongly absorbed wavelength is blue. Both might be marked as correct. I know that i've dropped 2 marks, the rest of my marks will be lost on semantics probably. I hope that I get at least 66~. Any less and my enter is sorta fucked lol.

Was this the multiple choice one about absorbancy where you picked the dyes that would show?
I picked the 'green adn violet' dye option

I really cbf studying for chem.  I've done so much, it has become rediculous.  Might do VCAA 07, have a look over some notes and that is about it.  It's too late to do anything now tbh.

And in general, as I've just realised, stupid mistakes will hurt you more than not knowing the content.  Personally, i think 90% knowledge of the content plus being relaxed in the exam is better than knowing every little detail, of many which are pointless, and burning out or stressing and losing marks on basic shit.

@ transcendent: sweet, i'll do it sometime over the next week :)

Reading errors too. I didn't see the words "as measured by weight" in the fkn research question. I hope I will only lose the mark for the design, and not the hypothesis/hyp supported marks ;s.

I put red, and that he shouldn't kill his cat.

fkn hard exam imo. I'm averaging 98% in sacs, and I reckon I'll be lucky to get 75 on that exam.

I know.  I was hoping less than 6 marks lost initially, but atm seeing as I probably got 2-3 multi choice wrong, anything less than 8 will be a blessing.

Farr, for the porin one, i thought it was an aquaporin thinking it was a hard question, turns out it was just a normal protein channel :/

Would this definition have been too specific? :/
"To regulate and take part in the movement of water molecules across the membrane"
