if you have a static ip, you can use a program called SMAC to change ur ip, i wouldn't suggest messing around with it though, since it could seriously screw up your MAC address.

No, I only have one account each for VCEnotes and BoS.
I got banned from BoS, not VCEnotes. I've only been here in VCEnotes for a week.
