It's most just like the VN community explodes around exam period, and then becomes chilled out between them.

It's a common trend.  All the regular members will know and would have noticed the trend.  Forum activity explodes around and leading up to exams and after the exam period, it dies down while everyone is out partying.

lol, all the hardcore users are still around,  i must confess after mid yrs i completely gave up on vn for about a week cos after looking at mao's anwsers for chem i was sad:( ah well, now i'm bak on, and procrastinating work as always :P

Yeah its like a wave... it kind of goes up and down.. i haven't been here in a couple weeks and yet here i am again like that. It's also pretty busy during the holidays/ at completely random times.

I hardly looked at VN just before and during midyears, knowing that most of the threads wouldn't concern me (except the GAT) :P
