Hey,
Just to clear things up, is the question asking you to mark where the values are in the circle when it asks you to,
draw a circle with its centre at the origin and with radius one unit. Mark the points where the circle cuts the axis. Use the diagram to find values of
(a) Cos 180
(b) Sin(-90)
(c) Tan 270

It just asks you to draw a unit circle, mark in the points where the circle cuts the x- and y-axis [(1,0), (0,1), (-1,0), (0,-1)] respectively on the graph. Then you just use said unit circle to answer the questions (by rotating around the circle).
