Just rang the commerce student centre:

Because of the new system, they are still converting data, they are still on first years. They plan to 'tackle' second year data around next week. Then I can add new subjects and add them to my timetable.

Thank you Melbourne.

You are awful.

When I got that error, my changes went through anyway, so depending on what you were doing, it might have gone through :)

I take exception to a few key aspects of Student Portal's treatises. Please note that many of the conclusions I'm about to draw are based on cogent and virtually incontrovertible evidence provided by a set of people who have suffered immensely on account of Student Portal. Let's face it: Student Portal is trying very hard to plug the hole in its dike of lies so that no more truth leaks out. So let Student Portal call me execrable. I call it smarmy. Student Portal must have some sort of problem with reading comprehension. That's the only explanation I can come up with as to why Student Portal accuses me of admitting that all major world powers are controlled by a covert group of "insiders". What I actually said is that Student Portal twists every argument into some sort of "struggle" between two parties. Student Portal unvaryingly constitutes the underdog party, which is what it claims gives it the right to seize control over where we eat, sleep, socialize, and associate with others. The end.

Registered all of them, managed to even load the change thing for Short Fiction and attempted to change tute time (then it crashed).

Giving up for now, hopefully later there are less people hogging it.
