Certainly possible.  That transfer will simply be treated as a single degree transfer - Bachelor of Arts to Bachelor of Accounting while leaving your law degree intact.  I know a friend who transferred from Aerospace Engineering/Science to Aerospace Engineering/Law after the end of first year.

Bachelor of Science (Mathematics & Statistics) - Discrete Mathematics & Operations Research

But hmmm, Monash already has a double degree of Aerospace Engineering/Law already; can I transfer one of the degree to ANY degree?

Don't think it's possible to do Bachelor of Accounting as a double degree, though.

I would assume so, provided the desired degree can be studied as a double degree.

Do you mean Commerce/Law? As stated above I don't think the Bachelor of Accounting is offered in double degree format.
