Since you will be doing it for a while, choose a course then choose a university (not the other way around).

The 2010 rankings should be coming out soon.  The interesting part will be UoM and University of Sydney.

I believe the rankings include undergrad and postgrad.

Also it seems like they're mixing up the way they rank universities this year

That should be very interesting given the amount of data they would have to publish.  Definitely makes the rankings more transparent.
