Mate, word spreads quickly. It seems u just can't keep a secret anymore - I guess u can fill me in on who made a+ for phy ... and then construct a normal distribution for our year level results.
RE: the question; ambiguous, and difficult to discern. Luckily, the ppls here at VN were more than willing to help me figure it out.

Nice! Ye, this is like having a tute, but -$$
I don't believe this is either the board/nor place to discuss our daily meanderings. That said, you could start up a backboard footy forum to spread the sport around Vic.

vcaa seems to be handing out a+'s to so many people on this exam, so they probably don't mean all that much.  end of year exam will be the most important imo.

The number of A+s generally remains constant. At my school there seems to be more A's than A+s, mainly because the boys are smart but everyone lost marks on silly mistake :(

3 A+s for my school and a few As (6ish) which I THOUGHT was high considering last year nobody from last year's class got an A+ and there were only like 2 As , but then I realised other schools like glenny have 30+ people who got A+....
like stonecold said, makes you really feel unspecial.
Still, it's not like they give 1000000 A+s cause they feel like it. There is a cut off mark and only a selected number of A+s up for grabs.
and having said that:

I'm soooooooo screwed for unit 4.

I come from a relatively big school and we probably have over 20 people who got A+, but then again we have over 20 people who got C+ aswell.

I think it is better in a small school where you do feel very special if ur the only A+

Wow apparently 43% of people at my school got A or A+ for all mid-year exams..

But for chem i think at my school, most people either got A+ or B+, not many A's or B's.
