Bionomial Distribution Question

I style of question I dont get in bionomial prob.
Its when in the Bionomial" events become classified as Independent.
For eg.  Records show that, on avg; six of the 30 days in Nov will be rainy. Assuming a bionomial distribution,
with each rainy day as independent trial, find the probability that next Nov will have, at most, 10 rainy days.

I get confused by the fact its an independent event, in a bionomial distribution, and havnt cited any examples
citing how to tackle questions like above.

But seriously thats cool, Ill try doing it that way.

Yeah, from what I can determine..its seems the correct answer so Yeah.

I worked it out the normal ("Textbook") way. I misread the question.
