So, its that time of the year we us year 11's have to decide what subjects we are doing next year...
Theres are the subjects im currently doing:

English 1.2
Biology 3.4
Methods 3.4
Chemistry 1.2
Physics 1.2
Maths advanced 1.2

and i want to pursue with the following:

English or eng lang (yet to be decided)
Specialist
Chemistry
University Biology

But...

the thing is, is that i will have 15 spares (because uni bio is done after school on Tuesdays), which I know I want to very productive in
therefore, should I take up Further maths even though one of my subjects wont get counted for? & just do really well, or spend all those spares dedicated to real solid studying, which will be hard for me to do lol
Or should I just stay with 4 subjects...

i wouldn't do FM if you're doing MM and SM. only 2 maths can go in top 4. Do psychology, very very interesting .

btw my line up was:
yr 10 - english 1,2   gen.math 1,2
yr 11 - FM 3,4
yr 12 - MM, physics, SM, literature, psych.

If my school was running bio in year 10 and 3,4 bio in year 11 i wouldve so picked it up

oh my! I love bio its the greatest! lol nah psych isnt my thing, if not fm i might just repeat mm and get a higher score? or nahhhhhhhh?

Gun methods this year; don't plan on repeating. I'd say pick up Further if you like; that was what I was planning to do this year, but instead I took Lit. You could do BOTH English and English Language...

only do english langauge if you like linguistics and all that. people who dont like learning new langauges tend to not like the subject, english langauge.

I wouldnt pick up further either considering you have the other maths.

I think you should do physics 3+4. Drop it if you cant be bothered with it after a term or 2.

If you are good at maths and are doing methods/spesh, then pick up further if you want (I certainly would have if I can redo VCE), an easy 50.

yeah ive been considering that but my teachers have been saying its a stupid idea?
i dont understand why though, i have so many spares, but they think because i will slack off, but i dont think they realise they're talking to me who treats each class equally even IF it is easy... ive written it down on my subject selection, but everyone is giving me mixed signals, and i have 1 week t decide what subjects im doing and i keep going around in circles AHHHH

And uni bio is after schools on Tuesday lol
