direction of current in this problem

can someone help me with this (part b): the answers say that its anticlockwise, but i worked it out to be clockwise..?

my reasoning: the mag field goes out of page,  induced field counteracts (going into page)  and then using RH rule

Lenz's Law

Gives a physical interpretation of the direction of the induced e. m. f.:

An induced current in a closed conducting loop will appear in such a direction that it opposes the change that produced it.

Going in = counterclockwise (see pic)
