This formula when used for a loop, do you find the total length of loop? (Usually 3 sides because 1 side is used for rotation)

the 'l' signifies 1 side length of the loop. different sides of the loop arent affected in the same way anyway given their position relative to the field.

EMF=Blv can only be used for a straight wire.
