YOU need at least 50 posts to give KARMA...

You need 50+ posts to give someone karma. You have 27 to go!

When you have 50 posts you can give and take karma from people by clicking either "positive" or "negative" underneath other people's karma.

When VN deems you mature enough you just simply press [negative] and leave the member an abusive line.
