science shows that after 50 mins , the mental/cognitive abilities start to shut down and your body needs some energy and a break.
so take a break . come back .. revise .. take another short break .. revise what you learned
you learn alot more by repeating the information as it more readily can be encoded with stronger encoding and transferred to long term memory.
so study for 50 mins .. break .. the more u revise . the better you do

when u take a break . dont do anything electronically . it will interfere with the "setting" of the stuff you learned.
go eat an apple . get a drink .. rest
