i like both. they both have a balance of maths and theory.
unit 3 physics is more maths and unit 3 chem is maths and theory.
unit 4 physics is a bit more theory then maths and chem is half/half.

I'd probably say chemistry is harder. Guess it depends on the person.

It is a bit more difficult to grasp the concepts in physics when beginning, but when you do it is easy going. Chemistry is mediocre going the whole way.
vce: english, methods, spesh, chemistry, physics, geography.

Physics theory is hard, but questions are easier.

Chem theory is so-so. But the questions get very annoying when you have to do a whole-stack of them, since you have to think for a lot of them. It's not like Spesh where it's automatic "I see question, I put down answer."

^especially for some of the more difficult galvanic cell and particularly electrolysis questions.

they are so easy to make a mistake on.

I found chemistry harder than physics. There is a lot more content to learn.

It depends on what you enjoy more too. Chem is a bore for me while I like physics, so physics is easier for me :)

yeah. like at the moment with chem; even though all of the questions are really similar and quite repetitive after a while; you have to be thinking the whole time. Eg. despite having done numerous galvanic or electrolytic cell questions, i still have to go through each process in my head to be sure. in contrast to physics where you just plug some numbers into a formula or copy down some definitons/explanations of a cheat cheet

Unit 4 is really tricky but the theory is so easy. I guess that is why people initially said Unit 4 is a joke
