Lisachem 2 companies?

I have noticed that there are 2 versions of Lisachem per year, one in the word document and the other as pdf. The pdf seems more professional and are by "Learning Materials". No, the questions are not the same and its not those topic tests. Does anyone know why Lisachem makes 2 exams?

Thats learning materials, but thats the price list....do you have anything to back up your claim that theres 2? just curious

I just did a lisachem (turns out it is the same as kenhung's pdf), not sure about difficulty (It seemed pretty average) Not too hard but certainly not easy.

I must confess I am struggling remembering lots of stuff (all the acid/base calculation methods for a start).

What I really find is that the answer were excellent. as I am struggling to remember some concepts, they are very detailed in their explanations. There were 2 answers wrong however. I am fairly sure both were they wrote the wrong answer but their explanation was in favour of the correct answer.
