You (second person personal pronoun) /Your ( second person possessive pronoun): speaking directly to audience, address to the readers directly. It engages the readers and creates a closer, more intimate relationship with them.
They/their: taking a more formal tone.
We/us: being inclusive

Listing: is used to build up a group of lexical items to emphasise a point.
not sure about parallelsism
