need some help here

explain the importance of the actions of the marquis de lafayette in the development of the french revolution by august 1789

i was kind of lost but i managed to answer this question, i mentioned his involvement in the:

- Assembly of Notables (He resisted the new tax by Calonne and demanded for EG)

- Resisted voting by order in EG

- Joined NA on 27 June

i think i did alot of narrative, any suggestions on a stronger answer?

Your signature says you did revolutions last year? Do you still do questions for fun or something? :P

Anyway I'd help if I could but I'm doing Russia/China.

Maybe you could talk about his defiance of royal authority during th meeting of the Estate's General when he intervened as Louis XVI was forcibly attempting to disperse the third estate

or how he brought ideals with him from his experiences during the american war of independence
