A GMO ( genetically modified organism) has had its genes modified in some way or had different alleles to what it previously had inserted from organisms of the same species.

A TGO (transgenic organism) is a organism which has had genes from other species inserted into its genome. (Eg. Putting "Glow" genes from jellyfish, into regular old aquarium fish to make them glow )

I'm not sure if it will come up or not.... but in the grand scheme of things there are a lot of things that are more likely and definite to come up like pedigrees and such.... i wouldn't stress over it too much.

Regular cloning is cloning an organism for any reason really but usually to reproduce a copy of that organism, eg dolly the sheep. (This is why its also called reproductive cloning)

Therapuetic cloning is cloning for medical purposes, so maybe taking stem cells out of your body, cloning them and injecting them into your spine to fix it (they can turn into any cell type) after you were jumping through flaming hoops on a motorbike blind-folded

Umm im not sure, but my teacher has taught us reproductive cloning - embryo splitting, nuclear transfer, therapeutic cloning and stem cells because its inthe Nelson biol book and she reckons that it might appearon the exam
