no alot of people forgot it, but it shouldnt make a huge impact on your marks hopefully

Will marks be deducted for failing to mention the name of the author in section C's language analysis? I referred to him/her as "The Writer" until I realised that the author's name was disclosed further on in the exam booklet. By that time it was too late. :S

you probably should of referred to him at 'the speaker' or 'the presenter', but it shouldn't matter too much

I was wondering who the speaker was and the date .. good thing I flipped back, the title was there too.

One of the top English students at my school (not someone on these forums) forgot to write Lee's name.  To quote my head of English, it won't lose marks by itself, but if you accumulate a whole bunch of other "sins" it might just be the icing on the cake.
