With the bacteria question, the answer was A yeah.  the toxin will be produced when the other mRNA is absent?

Also, with the question with the numbers, was the one with 4 first the answer?

I am scared it may have wanted them in the reverse order...
Yeah, it was A... i had to read it a couple times to make sure what was being broken down.. the mRNA or the protein by some enzyme...

I recall 4 being first... was that the history question?
The first one was about lemarcks theories... (4)
Second one was about darwins theories (?)
Third was about nucleotide sequence(?)
Fourth was wattson and crick discovering double helix structure of DNA(2 i think..)

The one with 4 was correct.

No one has the paper? I tried to get one but my teachers only had one so I told them not to worry about it.

Transcription first, then translation

i chucked in post-transcriptional modifications, but indicated that they were between transcription and translation by underlining post :P

yeah lamarks theory was first which was 4.
and A is right for the bacteria question, took me like 5 times rereading it to finally get it. LOL

umm @ thushan: i reckon i did good, felt so happy and content after it cos i worked my ass off this semester after feeling like shit after the mid yr... im confident in getting an A, and i think i should be able to get an A+ all depends on how picky the examiners are...
found it easy overall and fair just those pesky retarded questions.

yeah in the transcription translation one, the end product of the transcription was the same length as the one they showed in the translation... so in the end of the transcription paragraph i added the whole rna processing where introns are removed. hope they don't like, deduct points if that's unnecesary aha.
