isnt on core, q3 c and 8 b, because the graph starts from 20

It's B, your solution suggests the intesection point of both equations, but it doesnt ask for that

but on the graph, one of the equations was gsmaller then b, the other was greater then or equal to. but still im not sure.

It is definitely not A because the intersection is at A (if you extrapolate line y=-1/6x+5 to the other one) is where x=3
