1a) 50%
b) med=28
ran=56
IQR=17
c)1/6 (16% for canada)
d) approximately symmetric
2a) male income
b) $350
c) $18250
ci) extrapolation
3a) plot
b) increasing trend (as years increases, GDP increases)
c) GDP = 20000 + 524 x time
d) 34148, error of $752

Graphs:
1a) R = 65x
b) C = $1700
c) sketch
d) 20 pillows
2) 40
3a) the total number of pillows sold must not exceed 150
b) k = 45
ci) sketch
ii) sketch
d) $9075
e) let Snorestop = 2x, x + y + 2x less than or equal to 150
  =>  3x + y less than or equal to 150
f) R = 175x + 50y
g) (35,45), R = $8375

Networks
1a) 0 means can't directly communicate
b) f = 1, g = 0
2a) 11 mins
b) Hamilton path
ii)(attached)
3a) D
bi) B, D, F
ii) 32
c) B and D
4a) 2 activities
b) 9 minutes
c) A, C
d) 4 min
e) 16 min
f) ABDH

Matrices

b) P = [26]
c) Oscar scores 26 points
2a) 20% heavy this week to moderate the next week
b) 66
c) 6
3a) [1 1 1]
     [2 -1 3]
     [1 2 1]
b) x = -5
c) 10 rebounds
4ai) A2 = [2100]
             [1100]
ii) 3200 caps
b) A10 = [2163]
             [1613]
c) gradually more people attend until eventually 3000 people attend, with no change in the future

Hmm for Q1, wouldn't it be 1/2 not 50%, since it asked for a proportion? The rest is all correct pretty sure.

Proportion can be fraction of percentage (even decimal), no specification

this makes me feel better - I thought I screwed up matrices and didn't have enough time to check but I'm pretty sure I still got them right

Do you guys think we had to write GDP (dollars) = 20000 + 524 x time (years)

sigh.. I think I wrote dollars but not years

this was tested in the past both fractions and percentage was accepted also decimals i.e. .50

No you definitely did not have to right GDP(dollars) and time (years) as the question asked for the equation in terms of GDP and time..... however if you did write dollars after GDP I think that will be accepted

did you have to mention the steady state for the matrices. In that it stops at 600 or whatever

Well the steady state means that it won't change in the future, so as long as you say one or the other it should be correct

GODDAMMIT!

I put B D and C for the cycling networks question, and the total as 33km. Are you 100% confident on yours?  :-[

nah it said take time as the independent variable so writing GDP=20000 + 524 * time would have been fine. dont think you would be marked wrong if you wrote dollars and time

Why is it 3200 caps?
What did the question ask again?
