q5b id hope so because there isnt anything else you can do unless they wanted you to draw the graph

For 5b, you'll definitely get at least 1 mark for Z>2/3...I thought you changed it to Z<-2/3 ? (if you did and said that b=-2/3, you'd get full marks
For 9b, I'm not quite sure...they might give you the mark, as VCAA examiners have been told to 'look' for marks - it might just cut it!
