exam 2 question?

so i was wondering, are we alowed to solve some questions in reading time using our calculators  but not jotting it down ??

Not really, that would defeat the purpose of reading time. Personally I think reading time is important because so many people sit there and do nothing that it's time when you can get ahead.

you're not allowed to touch anything during reading time, apart from the exam paper itself.
I won the GAT: 49/50/50.

Really? During my spesh exam + further exam i flicked through my notebook during reading time, maybe that was a breach? lol

I did as well. I believe supervisor saw me, she didn't say anything. Plus i did that because i thought it was allowed, as i had asked my friend and she said yes. ( but only flicking through the book )

As far as I know you can only "read" three documents; the exam, data booklet and your own notebook.  :)

m8 just do the doable multiple choice questions in your head and just mark the answer with your nail. make a dint

@ sertac ive always done that but i was told but my teacher was reading the guidelines out in class one day one of them said "you are not permitted to mark the paper in reading time" - does making a dint count as marking the paper? im confused now

I dont think marking it is worth it incase you get nabbed...

DONT mark the paper. its a breach of rules and examiners have every right to take your paper away from you...... tough but true

just keep the tally in your head
