As in the blood hormone that increases V02 max and RBC?
I would say if thats the case, since they accept CHO and FFA and will likely accept PNF as a means of explaining a dynamic stretch.

Also will they accept ATP-PC and PC, Which one will they not accept

They won't accept things like PA (physical activity), EPOC, etc. EPO is pretty dubious. Only use things that are really really commonly know as abbreviations such as ATP, CHO, ATP-CP, ATP-PC. Usually the only abbreviations that are acceptable are ones that refer to chemicals.

Don't ever do VCE without Year 11 and missing one Sem of Year 12. Believe me its quite a pain.

If its an extended answer just write Excess Post Oxygen Consumption (EPOC) and then EPOC from there just to be safe to show the assessors you know what it is.

you were right the first time lol. EPO the drug you must be able to use because we're not all chemists. EPOC though you would have to say the whole thing. I bet I reflexively wont.
