I thought St. Andrew's Place was for administrative purposes only.  Like the real "fort" was in Coburg (the same place they had LOTE oral exams for Chinese & Indonesian in 2009).

WHY DON'T WE JUST THREATEN THEM TO GIVE US OUR EXAMS BACK FOR 30MIN SO WE CAN GET THE MARKS WE WANT AND ALL WILL BE FORGOTTEN  XD
