I thought St. Andrew's Place was for administrative purposes only.  Like the real "fort" was in Coburg (the same place they had LOTE oral exams for Chinese & Indonesian in 2009).

ive been to the "fort" its where they actually keep all our papers
i remeber it was like Urquart st in coburg...

I had my Chinese oral there and when I quoted "fort", I actually meant it.  It's walled and it's got barbed wire.  And to get into the buildings, it's all keycard access, even when you exit.

Good luck with your pitchforks and torches.  :P
