Year 10 "study design"

Is there a VCAA/CSF (what it was called back in my day) study design for year 10 mathematics.

I'm starting tutoring in a few days for a year 10 student. I should be fine dealing with the topics involved (the ones that form the foundation of 1/2 methods), but I don't have any current textbooks and cant find the VCAA course. As I remember there were things like compound interest and such back then, I just want to confirm what other things I need to learn myself :P
vce: english, methods, spesh, chemistry, physics, geography.

Why don't you teach off the MHS Y10 syllabus?

Just get a year 10 textbook and take content from that.

I'd just teach them methods straight away, plus geometry.

I did GMA in year 10, boy was that a time waster...

i will do one better, they are attached

year 10 is a walk in the park, and the MHS syllabus is probably as easy as any other school.

Haha pi I'm from mhs so I've got access to all of that.

MHS year 10 maths is slightly more difficult than others school's I think. Some students do not have a basic algebra foundation, so I can't skip to methods either.

but cheers guys :)

Just wanted to know if there is stuff like compound interest etc, but apparently not so it's all good.
